Rogue Rodent

Rogue Rodent | PC Game (UE4)

Rogue Rodent was a student project that I took part in at Savannah College of Art and Design. It was a 20 week senior capstone project which I took part in. I joined the project about 10 weeks into it in order to assist with design and programming. Much of the core game had been prototyped when I join. I was brought on to focus on improving systems like the combat and AI. During the project I worked on various tasks such as; gameplay programming, bug fixing, UI design and programming, AI programming, website design, and so on. I also assisted in teaching the rest of the team about using Unreal Engine 4 and optimizing for the engine. In addition I also used this project to attempt doing tech art for the first time, building tools and things to aid in the art production pipeline.
